The Floral Cork Amplector Bag – (Amplector – Latin for embrace, hug, entwine, clasp) is the latest addition to my range of slimline, crossbody bags.
This one is made in floral cork with four attachment points making it even more versatile.
As well as a wide slip pocket on the front it also has a slip pocket inside which effectively divides the bag in two as it runs the whole width of the bag. The top of the bag is secured by a zip fastener to keep all your stuff secure.
The adjustable strap is made from soft yet sturdy bright pink cotton webbing – the colour pink being echoed in the top stitching on the bag.
Its slimline contours mean it fits closely to the body keeping your essentials safe and secure. But here’s the thing …
This bag can be worn/used in FIVE ways!
1. As a shoulder/crossbody bag when the detachable strap is fastened at the top.
2. As a waist/bum bag when both clasps are fastened at the sides.
3. As a close fitting bag when the strap is fastened at the top and the other end to the left hand side clasp.
4. As a close fitting bag when the strap is fastened at the top and the other end to the right hand side clasp.
(These last two options mean you have a choice to wear the bag over your left or your right shoulder so it fits snugly to your right or left hip).
5. Without any strap attached at all – as a cute clutch!
Its the ideal bag to take with you on a quick shopping trip or even on your daily walk. There’s plenty of room in here for your phone, your Kindle and other essentials. It’s also dressy enough to wear to a summer party or event. (And there WILL be some of those!)
It measures approximately 11.25 inches x 8 inches (28.5cms x 20cm)
As a finishing touch I have attached a pretty Tibetan silver tassel to the zipper.
