This embroidered flamingo is done after a style known as ‘blackwork’ but as you can see, he has decided to strut his stuff with a few colours and – yes – a little bit of bling in the form of sparkles and a smart black polka dot bow. It’s embroidered on grey linen and is neatly finished with no raw edges showing.
The picture is framed neatly in a wooden hoop which I have painted pink to complement the flamingo. It would look at home in your living room, your kitchen, your bedroom – in fact anywhere in your house. It looks equally well propped up on your bookshelf!
A great present for anyone but especially Flamingo Fans.
As you can see it fits neatly into a pizza box (unused of course! 🙂 ) for easy packing and posting.
